This certanly much better that working out all alone specially for shadow boxing and tai-chi i dont think its stupid at alla people who say that has so much time to train or has never moved their asses in their lives.
ppl are going to buy it because it can tell how fat u are and what u need to do in order to get in shape….. im in shape and i played the wii fit knowing its a shitty kid/old ppl game but i was sweating my ass off, soooo I think this will have some intense workouts……… maybe

kinect appeals because not all of us want to pay to go to a gym to compete with sweaty idiots for use of the equipment. As for looking at yourself and looking stupid!? Have you been to the gym lately? Are you telling me that people are not spending all their time looking at themselves in the mirror? Exactly. If I can get a decent workout at home in my living room without the egotistical gym bunnies in your way, then avoiding having to shower with a load of strange men then bring it on!
Where are the reps, push-ups, sit-ups, and above all stretches, you can’t create a workout game without stretches lol. I like the idea of this, but it doesn’t look fully complete nor much of a workout. Idk hopefully they’re is more than what they’re showing right now.
