Great video! And the fact that you mention that we should breathe less. I don’t have asthma, just allergies, so I have to be careful it doesn’t turn into asthma, so I’m reading whatever I can about asthma and allergies. The video is really helpful and a great sequence.

Wonderful! You really are the best! I’m following all your videos and practice yoga after some of them whenever I can, since I have 2 little boys to take care of. You are a great teacher, great yoga instructor and a wonderful human being. I’m really happy that you exist and do what you do to make our lives better.

Hi Esther- I’m a yoga teacher myself… i often peruse your videos for some good ideas. i especially appreciate your tone and pragmatic approach. Anyway, I was wondering how the pose on the belly with the legs spread and chin on the forearms aids asthma sufferers? Thanks – just curious

Thank you for this video! I had an attack yesterday, feel really tired and weak today and have been looking for something I can incorporate into my life to help the situation. I’ve done a bit of yoga before but I don’t have a teacher or a class so your videos are fantastic! Once again, thank you :)

Thank-You, I have Asthma, and i hate it! I can’t go jogging with my friends because of my asthma. And i’m a bit “Overweight”. My mom told me that i should try something to help stop me from being overweight, we looked it up and she said i should try Yoga, so i searched it up. Now i think i’ll give Yoga a try.

If you don't feel that your asthma is under control you may need a daily steroid medication like Advair to prevent the symptoms of asthma. I have been in Advair for about 3 years and it has made a world of difference.
